| March has arrived, spring will soon be sprung, warm weather has started melting the snow that threatened to bury the Crypt… a redundant thought if there ever was one… and once more, the Horror community is abuzz with the Eighth Annual Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards! In addition to the many friends of the Crypt who were so fittingly nominated—Sean Kotz, Count Gore, Max the Drunken Severed Head, Svengoolie, Penny Dreadful, to name just a few—I’m pleased to announce that the Unimonster’s Crypt has received it’s second Rondo Nomination, as Best Blog of 2009!!
First, on behalf of both Staff Correspondent Bobbie Culbertson, and myself I want to thank everyone who suggested the Crypt to David Colton, the man responsible for the Rondos. Without your kind support and encouragement there would be little purpose in our work. Second, as a way to say “thank you” to those who have voted for us, as well as hopefully providing a reason to encourage others to consider us when they cast their votes, we’re running some of the Crypt’s best this month, as well as two new articles.
